Human Resources Management Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Economics and Business Administration CRAIOVA Program description After a period marked by the financialization of the economy, the main stage of the world economic competition nowadays shifted to a new source of competitive advantage, respectively, the capacity of human beings to assimilate and integrate new knowledge. The effectiveness and efficiency of people, attractiveness, and the development of competences become the key factors for the success of an organization. This change requires new tools and behaviors to assure a higher reactivity and an adequate answer for organizational ambitions. In this dynamic environment, in which the permanent confrontation between theory and practice becomes an essential condition for success, the master program „Human Resources Management” aims to offer students the needed knowledge and the experience for a proper management of human resources and contribute to the future of human resources managers in companies, public organizations, and various other associations.The program addresses all the students who graduated with bachelor’s degree and want to know more about this domain of human resources management.
