About this programme
Complex systems for Aerospace Engineering Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Electrical Engineering CRAIOVA Program description The master degree 4-semester program addresses not only aerospace engineering specialists but also other engineers in related fields (automotive, naval, transports, automation, and computer sciences). Teaching curricula and syllabi contain multi- and inter-disciplinary elements; the program offers three categories of disciplines: advanced knowledge (such as: Integrated Navigation Systems, Aircraft Engines Automation, On-board Hybrid Power Systems), thoroughgoing (3D-Graphics for Engineering, State Estimators and Observers for Aircraft, Gyro-systems for Stabilization, Navigation and Guidance) and synthesis (Aircraft Landing Control Systems, Optimal Flight Control Systems, Adaptive and Neural Network Flight Control). Practical activities take place in Aerospace Engineering Laboratories (over 100 study platforms and over 20 work stations, 3 airplanes, and 2 turbo-engines). Courses and practical applications are well balanced for all three semesters of study, the last semester being assigned for the graduation work preparation. In each of the four semesters, students elaborate research reports, based on their practical and research activities, under teaching staff tutorial and guidance.
