Human Resources Development and Management Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Facultatea de Drept și Științe Sociale ALBA IULIA Program description The Master Program in Human Resources Development and Management has a mission to train specialists in the fields of human resources development based on programs and projects, human resources and project management of human resources development. The need for specialists in this field at national level is in the thousands, and for Centru VII Region can be appreciated for the first instance, at least a hundred specialists annually, both for the needs of the public sector and the private sector, especially given that resource development through European programs for 2014-2020 will be more open to NGO applications. It can also be anticipated that at the organizational level, outside of European funding, human resource development will be increasingly based on strategies, programs and projects that will be outsourced or not, outsourcing paving the way for the liberal professions in human resources.
