Didactic Orthodox Theology Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Theology CONSTANŢA Program description The undergraduate orthodox theology program aims to provide higher education to future teachers of Religion in primary, secondary and high school education, as well as future Church ministers. The skills acquired through participation in the undergraduate Orthodox Theology program will allow the graduates to be integrated both as professors and scholars, as well as servants of the holy altars within the Romanian Orthodox Church. The program is addressed to graduates with a Baccalaureate diploma coming from both the Theological high schools (high school like Theological Seminaries) and the graduates of all other secular high schools. By studying all the disciplines presented in the plan, it was intended to make the teaching process more efficient by capitalizing on the experience accumulated over the twenty-six years of the faculty. The language of the courses and seminaries is Romanian.The program aims for the future teachers and priests to promote the church culture, Theological sciences and Christian pedagogy in the process of reform in the Romanian society.
