Management Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Economic Sciences CONSTANŢA Program description The undergraduate Management Programme has the mission of training needs and personal development skills, of accumulating basic and specialized knowledge in the field of management, necessary to put into practice and research, in order to become efficient and successful in their careers. The program aims to provide graduates with theoretical and practical management knowledge, useful for achieving success in their careers, to train managerial skills which enable them to fulfill the responsibilities of the filled positions, to develop skills in management, enabling them to search for and responding to current and future needs of companies; to train and develop the personal and professional skills of a manager in achieving performance; to provide graduates with training in order to develop the ability to adapt and work effectively in different organizational environments under conditions of multi-disciplinary and cultural diversity.Possible jobs: human resources specialist; specialist in flow management logistics; authorizing logistics documentation; operations / product manager; project manager; product manager; manager of quality management systems.
