Communication Networks and Distributed Systems Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Automation and Computers Science CLUJ-NAPOCA Program description The objectives of the proposed program are to deepen theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the analysis, modeling, design, use of communication networks and distributed systems as well as the development of advanced techniques, methods and methodologies specific to communication networks and complex distributed systems. Graduates will acquire skills and abilities in the research and design of distributed systems and complex communication networks with wide applicability. The program will offer both traditional courses in the field of computer science (e.g.: programming engineering, artificial intelligence, interactive systems, distributed systems, communication networks, etc.) and specialized courses (e.g.: Service-based Distributed Computing, Wireless Mobile Communications, Information Security, Numerical Systems for Communications).
