Human Resources Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) FACULTY OF HISTORY, PHILOSOPHY AND THEOLOGY GALAŢI Program description Program’s objectivesCombines theoretical and applied training in the field of Human Resources, by respecting the quality standards specific to university-level professional training.Gives the necessary skills for specialists in the field of human resources with the help of which graduates should be able to provide services such as recruitment and selection of staff, occupational analysis, personnel policies, professional counseling, professional training, job analysis, etc;Uses student-centered teaching-learning-assessment methods to form the ability to adapt to the evolution of the labor market and society.Skills Adequately using methods, techniques and tools of sociological research needed to study organizational groups.Designing sociological research adapted to the specifics of organizational culture, impact analyzes of diagnoses and forecasts of staff needs.Diagnosing the organizational environment.Identifying the needs of human resources development within the organization.Applying adequately the individual and teamwork planning process, acquisition of effective work skills, observance of the values and principles of the code of ethics of the human resources professional.
