Management strategies and policies Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Economics and Business Administration GALAŢI Program description This study programme has the mission to train the future experts in Management, able to propose a strategic vision in their organization, develop strategies in order to contribute to the improvement of the organizational performances. The main objective is to update Master students’ mindsets with the emerging management strategies as well as on the newest tools for Strategic Intelligence models.The main competences acquired at the completion of this study programme are:In-depth knowledge, understanding and use of the concepts of diagnostic analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, as well as other Strategic Intelligence tools used in developing strategies and policies at the organizational level;Application of specific methods, techniques and tools to solve problems related to strategic planning at organizational level;Critical-constructive evaluation of the methods and tools used in the elaboration of modern human resources strategies and policies;Analyse industry factors and identify their impact on profitability and strategic positioning.
