About this programme

Urban Molibity Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Urban Planning Bucharest Program description The program is an innovative master program developing a new specialization in Urban Planning Academic Education. It is the first and the only Romanian master program interdisciplinary exploring urban mobility in three new approaches: - holistic approach of urban mobility, integrating multi-disciplinary insights on mobility issues, specific to various domains: regional, urban and landscape planning, transport, traffic and roads planning, environment, sociology and economics - LU&M (Land Use and Mobility) integrated approach, exploring the mutual influences between urban form and mobility and new methods and models for their correlated and integrated planning. - Mobility management – Integrated and sectorial mobility policies. After graduation and a professional stage of 1 year, the graduates of the program can acquire the right to coordinate and sign certain studies and categories of territorial and urban plans yet depending on the basic initial qualification by registering in the Register of Romanian Urban Planners, in accordance with the law (regulation on acquiring the right to sign and regulation on organization and operation RUR - www.rur.ro).
