Management Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Facultatea de Management Bucharest Program description We aim in a dynamic approach to contribute to the professional development of our graduates by developing skills in business consultancy, negotiation and effective management communication; developing competitive managerial behavior and acquiring the modern business culture; cultivating leadership skills at all organizational levels; developing an European and global view of the business environment. All these objectives are considered while also contributing to the personal development of the students, in order to be not only effective professionals, but also responsible citizens of the world. Some of the key dimensions which describe our curriculum are sustainability, digitalization, and interdisciplinarity. The professional careers of our students, both in Romania and abroad, are flourishing in all types of companies and organizations. They might be active in strategicor operational management in the economic sector, marketing and business communication, internal management control and organizational audit, business consultancy, economic analysis and business intelligence, operational management in NGOs and social enterprises. Also, part of our graduates already launched their entrepreneurial endeavors.
