Industrial Production Management Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Machine Manufacturing and Industrial Management IAŞI Program description The Master’s Degree program Industrial Production Management offers wide knowledge to the engineers in all domains regarding forming their high level scientific leading and organizing in the management of varying productive sectors. Linking management processes with other organizing related processes, such as design, fabrication, assemblies, client service, logistics and financial management. The covered topics help the students to gain professional competences in: · Solving of complex tasks specific to Industrial Engineering, using advanced knowledge from engineering sciences; · Design, organizing and strategic management of technological processes, maintenance processes and manufacturing activities and technological systems management; · Modeling and simulation of technological processes, critical analysis and evaluation of advanced production systems; · Creative applying of methods of experimental research, development and innovation, for solving specific tasks specific in industrial engineering; Control, assurance and management of total quality for products and technological processes.
