Accounting Expertise And Audit Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Economics and Business Administration CLUJ-NAPOCA Program description The main objectives of this Master’s programme is the acquisition of knowledge that is necessary to access the liberal accounting profession and the certified accounting activity, starting from the general deontological principles applicable to the liberal accounting profession, the further development of specialized knowledge regarding the accounting expertise framework and the internal and financial auditing; the familiarization with international educational standards of accounting professionals and financial auditors issued by the The International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). The disciplines that are studied within this masteral programme have been established so as to offer attending students a comprehensive professional training in the field of accountancy and internal and financial auditing. Thus, in the first year of study the focus is on studying aspects pertaining to business law, corporate governance and its major implications in the contemporary society; also, international accounting standards, financial auditing and valuation are pursued in depth.
