Business Administration in Transport Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Navigation and Naval Transport CONSTANŢA Program description The Business Administration in Transport Master’s degree programme is aimed at those who wish to study subjects that offer them the opportunity to develop and improve their professional skills and competences. Thus, they will learn and deepen, in the form of models, knowledge on the structure and operation of business processes in order to achieve the desired performance and appropriate risk management within organisations.It will train specialists with higher technical training in economics, capable of working in engineering fields where the use of digitisation and business models, transport performance measurement tools and advanced techniques are appropriate. They will be able to overcome complex challenges in the transport sector or in transport institutions where planning and managing infrastructure issues or establishing risk minimisation strategies are essential.The 2-year programme is designed to provide graduates with the skills needed to meet the realities of the business environment and to be recruited in the Romanian and international transport market.
