About this programme
Fizica materialelor avansate şi nanostructuri/ Physics of advanced materials and nanostructures Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Physics Bucharest Program description The programme offers a balanced curriculum in materials science and technology. Students will learn about physical properties of materials (from bulk crystals to nanoscale) and about the main fabrication and characterization methods. Modern theoretical and experimental investigation methods used in materials physics are presented, the overall goal being to understand materials properties, to search for improvements and develop new structures with specific functionality. Students will have the opportunity to get involved in research projects, including collaborations with research groups from national R&D institutes in Măgurele (the main research centre in Physics in Romania) or in international collaborations of University of Bucharest. The programme benefits from a modern infrastructure and various student facilities.Courses catalogue: https://www.fizica.unibuc.ro/Fizica/Studii/Master/PAMN/Main.php
