Romanian Private Law Institutions Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Facultatea de Drept Simion Bărnuțiu SIBIU Program description This study program aims to able graduates, on the basis of the theoretical and analytical knowledge, practical skills and action competences acquired at the end of the Master's program, to work independently, systematically and with the application of the appropriate scientific method, in the practical activity and scientific research in the field of law and in the chosen professions, either those dedicated to this specialization (magistrate, notary public, lawyer), or those of interference arising from the opportunities offered by the European dimension of law, with emphasis on finding a balance between the national and international space.
