Human Resources Bachelor programme (BA/ BSc) Faculty of Sociology and Communication BRAŞOV Program description The Human Resources study program is included in the field of Sociology. The duration of studies is 3 years (180 ECTS credits). The program forms the skills necessary to understand the processes of organizations and organizational behavior in order to successfully address jobs and careers dedicated to the development of social and human capital and human resource management.
