Whether you're aiming to become a coach, personal trainer, PE teacher, sports therapist or exercise scientist, this course sets you on the right path. This two-year Higher National Diploma combines practical experience with theoretical knowledge in areas like physiology, nutrition, psychology, coaching and rehabilitation. You'll gain the skills, experience and confidence to work in a range of roles across sport and physical activity — or progress to a full honours degree. This course follows a combined pathway, with both mandatory and optional modules that give you flexibility while covering key areas of sport and exercise science.
