About this programme
This program is ideal for actors who have a passion for screen acting and creating material for screen and emerging digital platforms. You will develop a diverse set of performance skills across screen formats including voice acting, podcasting and motion capture. You will develop off-camera skills as a writer, director and producer. Whilst the focus of the training is on recorded work, live performance is a fundamental part of your training. Your core training is in acting, voice and movement techniques. Alongside these essential classes, you will also learn the production skills necessary to making your own work which includes basic cinematography, screenwriting and editing. As you progress you move to multi-camera studio, audio and live digital theatre work in collaboration with the LIPA Filmmaking students. In your final year, you work with external professional film and theatre makers to create a short film and a live multimedia show, both for a public audience. It is with great pleasure that we present our graduating Actors from BA (Hons) Acting and BA (Hons) Acting (Screen & Digital) for 2026.
