About this programme

Graduate outcomes: Strathclyde ranked joint 1st in Scotland HESA Graduate Outcomes results 2026 Ranked: Top 10 in the UK for Psychology (The Times/Sunday Times Good University Guide 2026) This course will help you develop the skills for a variety of marketing and psychology careers. We’re ranked in the global top 100 for Marketing by the QS World University Rankings 2026 Our Marketing degree will help you develop the skills you need for a variety of marketing and management careers. You’ll understand customer requirements, added-value products and services, and the role of communications in customer satisfaction. You’ll also benefit from practical, industry-linked learning through our Management Development Programme (MDP), giving you valuable employability skills, and the opportunity to compete in live marketing projects. Our students regularly compete in national and international marketing competitions too, with great success. Studying a marketing degree at the University of Strathclyde Business School means you'll be learning within a leading UK marketing department at a pioneering, internationally-renowned, triple accredited academic organisation. In psychology, you’ll study human behaviour. Psychological research is motivated by the desire to understand both general behaviour (how we learn, remember, co-ordinate our actions and interact with others) and the reason for the differences between individuals such as personality or intelligence. Modern business is too complex to be covered by a single subject: modern managers need to have a broad outlook.
