This covers areas such as recruitment and selection, training and developing and managing conflict at work. These are an important part of the management process in all organisations. In every year, teaching focuses heavily on language work, but you'll also discover more about the culture of France and French-speaking countries. Two streams are offered in first-year: one for students with Higher French or an equivalent qualification and another for those without. Students in both classes study contemporary French language and aspects of the country’s culture and society. You'll continue to develop your reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
