About this programme

The Master’s degree program in Physics expands on the material taught in the Bachelor’s degree program and includes taking advanced-level physics classes, addressing current research topics in selected subfields of physics. Especially by writing the Master’s thesis, the Master's degree program enables students to find solutions for current problems in research and/or industrial development, and to develop experimental and/or theoretical work programs especially for real-world applications and methods. Students have the freedom to choose electives in a variety of areas in physics to acquire experimental and theoretical knowledge. The Master’s degree program in Physics supports acquiring skills to independently conduct academic and scientific work as well as honing skills to: Graduates of the Master's degree program in Physics can pursue careers in a wide variety of fields: After completing your graduate degree, you can continue your education by pursuing an advanced degree: On average, graduates of this degree program find a job immediately after graduation.
