About this programme

The good news of Jesus Christ is for all nations, and Christians are called to go and make disciples. The four-year Bachelor of Religious Education Honours – Intercultural Studies will prepare you to live on mission, participating in God’s work among the nations in obedience to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20). You will gain sound knowledge of God’s Word, grow in personal and spiritual maturity, anddevelop the skills to understand different cultures so that you can serve with mission agencies or churches. You will also have opportunities to participate in intercultural events and trips. It is further suggested that students have an additional grade 12 “U” level English course and a grade 12 “U” level History course. Students who wish to pursue a degree at Heritage but do not meet the Academic requirements may be placed into the Track to Degree program. Applicants who are homeschooled may submit test scores from either the SAT or the CLT (Classic Learning Test). For admission to a degree, Heritage requires an SAT score of 950 out of 1600 or 1420 out of 2400. Heritage requires an overall score of 60 or above on the CLT for entrance to a degree; scores for each of the three sections (verbal reasoning, grammar/writing, and quantitative reasoning) may also be considered. Applicants who have scored below 950 on the SAT or 60 on the CLT may be considered on a case-by-case basis for admission to a certificate. Register to write the CLT here: The CLT® – Online College Entrance Exam – Classic Learning Test (cltexam.com)
