Bachelor of Kinesiology

About this programme

In the Kinesiology program, you go well beyond the questions of how and why we move, and start to explore how we can optimize the human potential for health, performance, and overall wellness. In your first and second year, you learn foundational topics such as human anatomy, sport psychology, biomechanics, and human nutrition, as well as physical activity, health, and fitness. You explore a variety of fields that may be of interest before choosing to specialize in exercise science, or active health. UFV’s hands-on learning and close connection with faculty have allowed me to apply kinesiology in real-world settings and prepare for a career in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
