Sisältö The EU Digital Single Market Law -course gives an overview of central EU legislation relating to the Digital Single Market Package that builds on sectoral legislation, the E-Commerce Directive and CJEU case law. The course consists of learning, analyzing and interpretating cases and materials from EU institutions and applying the knowledge to case scenarios and essay analysis. The lecture themes may vary according to current issues and guest lecturers' expertise.
