Advanced Private Law Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Law BRAŞOV Program description The master's field which this study program belongs to is Law. The duration of studies is 2 years (120 ECTS credits). Students acquire skills in knowing and understanding the notions and institutions specific to the disciplines within this master’s degree program, such as: marital status, will, company; interpretation of legal norms and analysis of jurisprudence in the specific subject of each discipline within this master’s program; they will also acquire skills to act from the specific position of each party in the contractual and procedural relations. Completion of this study program enables postgraduates to approach several professions in the legal field.Perspectives after graduation: lawyer, legal adviser, judge, lawyer, notary, civil servant, European civil servant, or postgraduates can improve in the legal professions held by deepening knowledge in the field of private law.
