Bachelor's degree program HR has been included in the educational offer of the Department of Sociology since 2011. If in the first year of study the subjects studied are common to all students, starting with the second year, students in Human Resources have specialized courses that allow them to train necessary for employment as specialists in human resources and organizational strategies, specialists in personnel selection and recruitment, specialists in community development or consultants in organizational issues. After 10 years, the Human Resources study program is a well-established and rising program.
