More than ever we are witnessing the expansion of the "global village", described half a century ago by Marshall MacLuhan, and which has turned into a true civilization of communication and mass media. Communication has become not just a science, but a fundamental value of individual and collective emancipation, inherent in our nature and everyday life. The field of communication sciences is a vast field of study that proposes the integration of different perspectives starting from the conceptual meanings of communication, from the transmission and transfer of information, to those of interaction and influencing in socio-human relations and reaching applied approaches, expressed in public, institutional communication, with its media, political, commercial, etc. forms. or in non-verbal and online communication approaches.
