Financial and Banking Management Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Economics TÎRGOVIŞTE Program description Mission:The mission of the Master educational program in Banking and Financial Management is forming of the skills and to provide the future graduates the analytical instruments and the prospects for a career in banking and finance, corporate financial management, and insurance. Also, the program aims, through its’ research component, the development of critical analysis of documentary sources, in the interpretation of economic phenomena.Objectives: acquiring of the abilities for investigation and analysis using specific research methods of the processes and financial phenomena in organizations; coordination of teams performing banking and financial activities control; forming of the capabilities of synthesis and evaluation of the financial processes and phenomena in organizations; acquiring the abilities to perform on management functions on different hierarchical levels in the banking field; acquiring the capabilities to conduct interdisciplinary research activities by promoting cooperation relations with higher education institutions; acquiring the ability to design banking and financial instruments (budgets, dashboards, scales, etc.); identifying, monitoring and management of specific risks in financial and banking activities.
