Business Administration In Tourism, Trade And Services Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Economics and Business Administration REŞIŢA Program description In achieving the mission of this master’s programme, integrated with the mission undertaken by UBB of Cluj-Napoca regarding the training of highly qualified experts, the specific objectives are: developing the ability to design, elaborate and implement administrative and managerial strategies and plans; developing the skill of interdisciplinary approach, translating theory into practice and co-operating with specialists in other domains to identify and exploit business opportunities; optimizing decision-making and teamwork skills to operate and manage business efficiently; consolidating the knowledge needed for creating and implementing viable projects. The master’s programme was designed by taking into account recent national and international trends in the domain. At the same time, the curriculum was developed in accordance with general standards of ARACIS, and rendered compatible with the curricula of internationally renowned universities. Action was taken to consult employers and graduates about the competencies needed to increase employability.
