Entrepreneurship And Business Management Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Economics and Business Administration SFÎNTU GHEORGHE Program description The study programme aims at training graduates in the business field and ensures the development of both knowledge and necessary skills in order to start and develop businesses at a national and international level. Additionally, the programme ensures the acquisition of innovative business concepts and the most effective strategies that are applicable in business practice; the mastering of competencies related to the coordination of all resources and activities that condition the success of a business; improving the ability to set action priorities regarding change implementation. This programme trains specialists for business development in all national economy domains being grounded on both theorethical and practical training. The curriculum of the study programme is designed so as to allow the development of graduates’ entrepreneurial skills, of their innovative spirit, as well as the consolidation of economic knowledge in management, marketing, accountancy, finance, business strategies or legal aspects that will ensure the development of beneficial activities not only at individual level but also at community level. This study programme is as essential as business is to a healthy economy.
