Educational Management Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences CLUJ-NAPOCA Program description This Master Programme is part of the curricular offer of the Department of Educational Sciences of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. The courses are designed to train specialists in the field of educational management and to form the competences needed in order to manage a schools or a educational institution. This programme is based on the National Academic standards (ARACIS) and is officially certified. The obtained qualification is very sought nowadays and facilitates the insertion of the graduates on the national, European and international labour market. Thus, this master programme aims the formation and development of the required competencies of the specialists in school counseling. Based on the competences developed by this programme, graduates will be able to either quickly insert themselves on the job market (working as Education counselor, Education expert, School inspector) or to continue their education and training with doctoral programmes.
