About this programme
Human Resource Psychology and Organizational Health Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences CLUJ-NAPOCA Program description This Master Programme was designed to offer scientific support pertaining to the field of applied psychology in the industrial and organizational context. The courses are ideal for professionals aiming to pursue a career in the field of Work, Organizational and Occupational Health Psychology. Its philosophy is based on the National Academic standards (ARACIS) and the suggestions proposed by European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology for development of master programmes in this field.
