High Performance Management Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of European Studies CLUJ-NAPOCA Program description The MA in Advanced Management is a master’s programme based on a balanced and updated curriculum. The courses have a strong practical focus and include economics, negotiations, management, finance, law, project management etc., along with professional internship programmes. Our students have different backgrounds, from management to political science or from international relations and European studies to law, which makes the learning environment productive (professionally and socially) and meaningful to students. Our master’s degree programme offers a variety of courses, such as managerial economics, organizational behaviour, project management, business ethics, entrepreneurial finance, social entrepreneurship etc., meant to provide valuable knowledge and expertise on the labour market.Our master’s programme offers a practical module (an internship in well-known companies and the possibility to work with our partners in the region).We offer mobilities for studying abroad and internships in Romanian companies. We place a lot on emphasis on encouraging our students to develop their entrepreneurial projects, for which we offer expertise, support and funding opportunities.
