Sisältö The course provides an introduction to the essence of environmental law: its special characteristics (including challenges of legal regulation of the environment and its use), key concepts, different regulatory approaches and instruments used in environmental law and the relevant actors. The course also introduces students to the different interconnected levels of environmental law: national, European and inter – and transnational legal systems.
