Industrial Business Management Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Technological Engineering and Industrial Management BRAŞOV Program description The research-oriented master’s degree program Industrial Business Management, based on European requirements, aims at ensuring the deepening of knowledge and a high level of training for the graduates interested in concepts, practices and current solutions in this domain, as well as the development of their scientific research abilities. The mission of the master’s degree study program is to provide master’s students with the cognitive and behavioral skills necessary to become specialists in solving specific managerial situations in an increasingly complex and dynamic business environment. By the superior capacity for analysis and synthesis of processes and phenomena specific to industrial businesses, by the capacity to take on high-level responsibilities and risks in making decisions in conditions of maximum stress, by the formation of a critical and realistic thinking system, but especially by the acquisition of the skills to design and implement successful business strategies, the program aims at training businessmen and leaders aware of the managerial responsibility of the companies in which they will work and of the importance of research as a premise for obtaining competitive advantage.
