European Legislation and Judicial Careers Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Law BRAŞOV Program description The master's field in which this study program integrates is Law. The duration of studies is 2 years (120 ECTS credits). Students acquire skills in knowing and understanding the notions and institutions specific to the disciplines of this master’s degree program, such as: matrimonial regime, will, commercial company, international judicial cooperation in criminal matters, legislation in European Union law; interpretation of legal norms and analysis of jurisprudence in the specific subject of each discipline within this master; developing the skills to act from the specific position of each party in the contractual and procedural relations. Completion of this study program enables graduates to approach several professions in the legal field. Perspectives after graduation: lawyer, legal adviser, magistrate, lawyer, notary, civil servant, parliamentary adviser, European civil servant, or attendees can improve in the legal professions held by deepening knowledge in the disciplines of the master.
