Musical Art and Technique in the 20th Century Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Music BRAŞOV Program description The master's field in which this study program integrates is Music. The duration of studies is 2 years (120 ECTS credits). Students acquire skills to select, combine and use knowledge, skills and other acquisitions (values and attitudes) appropriately in order to successfully solve work or learning situations specific to the field of Music, but also to effectively develop both professionally and personally. The program is also designed to train students for the effective and efficient recognition, intonation and graphic coding of structures specific to the musical creation of the 20th century, but also for the description of complex writing techniques and the identification of ways of graphic expression of the auditory image in modern / contemporary music; to describe from a historical and rhetorical point of view the musical phenomenon - composition, interpretation and musical reception. Completion of this study program enables graduates to approach several occupations related to the field of Music. Perspectives after graduation: music specialist, teacher, music journalist, music secretary, music editor.
