Music Therapy Master programme (Ma/ MSc) Faculty of Music BRAŞOV Program description The master's field in which this study program belongs to is Music. The duration of the full-time studies is 2 years (120 ECTS credits). Students acquire skills in using techniques and methods regarding: - their own visions on the human psyche; - analysis of therapeutic methods and techniques used in individual and group music therapy; - correct decoding of philosophical, psychological, sociological and medical data on the use of music as therapy; - interpretation of representative selections of melo therapeutic methods, techniques, materials and equipment; - adaptation of musical materials in the clients’ treatment plan; - defining the psycho-pedagogical skills, of interrelation with the clients, necessary in the melo therapeutic process, etc. Perspectives after graduation: Therapist in complementary therapies; Occupational therapist
