Study in Poland (NAWA) says admission campaigns usually start in April or May and can last several months, depending on the university. The academic year usually starts at the beginning of October, and the summer semester starts in mid-February.
Tuition is set by each institution and varies significantly by institution, field and level. For example, the University of Warsaw Faculty of Economic Sciences lists EUR 3,900 per year in one instalment or EUR 4,000 in two for its 2025/26 English-taught programmes.
Full-time students on a Polish study visa or temporary residence permit for studies may generally work without a work permit, including while a permit application filed during the visa stay is pending. No hour limit is specified.
Graduates may generally apply for a temporary residence permit for job-searching or setting up a business after completing their studies. Students should check the official source for the length of this permit.
Monthly funds after residence costs generally must exceed PLN 776 for a single person, and PLN 600 for each family member.
We help students explore Polish institutions and suitable programmes based on their academic backgrounds and career goals.
Our support includes admission guidance, application document preparation, information about institutional requirements and guidance through the relevant visa or residence permit process.
We aim to help students make informed decisions and prepare for their international education journey.
