Comoros visa from Bangladesh: what the 1988 foreigners law says
Last checked against official sources on
Under Law n°88-025 of 1988, every foreigner must hold a valid passport and a Comorian visa. Visas are issued by the Minister of the Interior 1. A transit visa of up to 5 days is issued at the airport or port, and a tourist visa is valid for up to 45 days 1. A stay of more than three months needs a long-stay visa, and a residence card is issued within ten days of arrival and renewed yearly 1.
The law has no provision for students. It dates from 1988, so it does not describe a current e-visa or any Bangladesh-specific route 1.
No online status system and no mission for Bangladeshis are confirmed. Ask the Comorian embassy or your university which office handles your file before you apply.
