Mozambique visa for Bangladeshis: not through the eVisa portal

The Mozambique eVisa portal says nationals of listed countries, which include Bangladesh, are not allowed to apply through the portal 1. They can request a visa at the nearest embassy instead 1. No Mozambique mission in Dhaka was found, and the portal does not say which embassy serves Bangladesh, so the embassy that receives your request decides 1.
The portal's visa types are Tourist (up to 90 days), Business (up to 90 days), Investment, Sports and Culture, Crew, Humanitarian Assistance, Business (Oil and Gas) and Work Visa (Oil and Gas) 1. No student type is listed 1. The portal also describes no status-check method. It says a preliminary eVisa or eTA is sent by email 1.
