The DR Congo e-visa portal, evisa.gouv.cd, has a French-language interface. Its homepage data lists an analysis time of 72 hours 1. It lists two visitor types: the "Visa volant ordinaire" at USD 250 with a validity of 7 days, and the "Visa volant spécifique" at USD 800 with a validity of 30 days. A file fee of USD 50 is also listed 1.
These are raw values from the portal. The page does not say who owns it or define the visa types. No student category appears, and Bangladesh is not mentioned 1. Which mission serves Bangladeshi applicants is not published there, so ask a Congolese embassy before applying.
