Bolivia student visa from Bangladesh: legalised documents
Last checked against official sources on
Bolivia's student visa (visa de estudiante) asks for these documents 1:
- proof of your last level of studies, legalised by the relevant consular office
- the original or a legalised copy of the acceptance letter from the higher-education institution in Bolivia (for cases under an agreement)
- a legalised copy of the inter-institutional agreement (for cases under a private agreement)
- a current criminal or police record certificate from your country of origin or last residence
Every Bolivian visa also needs a sworn visa application form, a passport valid at least 6 months, a yellow fever vaccination certificate if applicable, a current photo and proof of payment of the fee 1.
The Foreign Ministry runs a visa portal at visas.cancilleria.gob.bo 2. No fee, processing time or serving embassy for Bangladeshi applicants is confirmed, so ask the Bolivian embassy that will handle your file.
Whether the ministry portal tracks applications is not confirmed, so ask the embassy handling your file how to follow it.
