Venezuela student visa (TR-E): what SAIME publishes

Venezuela's student visa is called the Transeúnte Estudiante, or TR-E, and SAIME (the national identity and migration service) handles its renewal inside Venezuela 1. No official source confirmed which Venezuelan mission serves Bangladesh or how a first TR-E is issued.
To renew a TR-E, SAIME asks you to open an account on its website and provide a passport valid for at least six more months, your entry and exit stamps, your latest visas and an updated proof of enrolment ("constancia de estudio actualizada") 1. To extend a study stay (TR-E-P), you also need a letter explaining your reasons, proof of lawful means of support and an apostilled criminal record certificate 1. SAIME does not list a student fee on that page 1.
