Russia visa status from Bangladesh: e-visa stages and the check

Russia's unified e-visa is for guest visits, business visits, tourism, and taking part in economic, sports, cultural, scientific, social or political events 2. Study is not on that list 2. So a Bangladeshi student should ask the Russian embassy in Dhaka about a regular student visa before applying.
If you applied for the e-visa
The fee is paid by bank card on the official site and is not refunded, whatever the result 2. The ministry processes an application in no more than 4 calendar days from submission 2.
Your personal account shows the stage 2:
- "Accepted for processing": your data passed the first check and the application is being considered 2.
- "Correction required": wrong data was found. Fix the fields named in the comments and send it again. The 4-day count restarts from the time you resend 2.
- "Processing completed": the ministry has finished. Open your account to see the result 2.
The public e-visa check asks for the application number and a verification code 1.
